❌ NO REFUND / NO RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
All sales are final, except for size exchange or wrong/defective item received, subject to the conditions below.


✅ ELIGIBILITY FOR SIZE EXCHANGE

Size exchange is allowed only if all conditions are met:

  • Item must be brand new, unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Original tag must not be cut or removed

  • All original packaging (shoe box, labels, tags) must be included

  • Request must be made within 2 days of receiving the item

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability

📌 If the requested size is out of stock, exchange will not be possible.


🚫 NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

  • Used or worn items

  • Items with cut, removed, or missing tags

  • Items with damaged or missing packaging

  • Sale or clearance items (unless stated otherwise)


📦 SHIPPING FOR SIZE EXCHANGE

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees to us

  • Shipping fee for sending the new size will be charged

  • Exchange will only be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item


⚠️ DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item

  • Provide clear photos and/or videos for verification

  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement or suitable solution

  • No additional shipping fees will be charged for our mistake


💰 REFUNDS

  • Refunds are only applicable if a replacement is unavailable after verification

  • Refunds (if approved) will be made via the original payment method

  • Processing time: 3–5 working days after item inspection
