Eligibility for Returns / Exchanges

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition most important the tag cannot be cutten.

  • All original packaging (box, tags, labels) must be included.

  • Requests must be made within 2 days of receiving the item.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or worn items

  • Items with damaged, missing tag or missing packaging

  • Sale or clearance items (unless stated otherwise)

Size Exchange

  • Size exchanges are allowed subject to stock availability.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

  • Shipping fee for resending the item may apply.

Defective or Wrong Item

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours with clear photos.

  • We will arrange a replacement or solution after verification.

Refunds

  • Refunds (if approved) will be made via the original payment method.

  • Processing time may take 3–5 working days after item inspection.
