📦 Packaging & Courier Handling

  • Minor damage to external packaging (boxes) caused during transit is beyond our control.

  • Such cosmetic packaging damage does not qualify for returns, exchanges, or refunds, provided the product itself remains unused and in good condition.

🛃 Customs Duties & Returned Parcels

  • In the event a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or refusal of delivery, the buyer shall be responsible for any charges imposed on us by customs authorities or courier services.

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item:

    • Only the original product price will be refunded

    • Shipping fees, customs charges, and handling costs are strictly non-refundable

  • If the buyer fails to reimburse customs or courier charges billed to us, no refund will be issued.
